Elbow Pain

Elbow injuries are some of the most common injuries in the sporting world. Golfer’s elbow (medial epicondylitis) is the more common cause of pain on the inside of your elbow. This is where the forearm and wrist flexor muscles attach to and can become aggravated. Not exclusive to golfers, this condition is frequently seen in people who are consistently grasping and moving items such as rock climbers, construction and trades workers, and several others.

Tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) is the most common cause of pain on the outside of your elbow. This is where the forearm and wrist extensor muscle attach to and can become aggravated. Not exclusive to tennis players, this condition is frequently due to overuse or repetitive activities and can be seen in a variety of sports and occupational injuries.

At Calgary Sports Chiropractic Center, we provide safe and effective treatments for your elbow injuries and associated symptoms.
